The Rules of Procedure contain detailed guidance to parties, including how to commence or participate in a proceeding, how hearings are conducted, and the presentation of evidence in a proceeding. The Rules of Procedure also contain forms to be used in proceedings, and the Board’s website contains convenient form templates.
