The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board is an independent quasi-judicial tribunal established by the Legislature to regulate the electricity, natural gas, pipeline and motor carrier industries and set maximum gasoline prices for the province.
Pease note that the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board Offices will be closed from noon on Friday, December 22, and reopening Tuesday, January 2nd at 8:30 a.m.
Motor Carrier applicants seeking in-person assistance are required to make an appointment. Please contact the Board at 506-658-2504 to schedule a meeting.
