The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board is an independent quasi-judicial tribunal established by the Legislature to regulate the electricity, natural gas, pipeline and motor carrier industries and set maximum gasoline prices for the province. Motor Carrier applicants seeking in-person assistance are required to make an appointment. Please contact the Board at 506-658-2504 to schedule a meeting.
